How to use PDF to PNG

1
Choose one PDF
2
Pick Normal (150 DPI) or High (300 DPI)
Normal suits screens. High suits print or close cropping.
3
Convert every page, or type a range such as 1-3, 5 or 8- for page 8 to the end
4
Click Convert to PNG
One page downloads as a PNG. Several pages download as a zip.

Files are named after the original, such as report-page-1.png, and a zip is named report-png.zip. Page numbers in the names match the pages in the PDF, even when you convert a range.

PNG files are much larger than JPG files because nothing is thrown away. A page at High resolution can take tens of megabytes of memory while it is drawn, so High converts up to 45 pages at a time. For longer documents, use Normal or split the job into ranges.
