How to use Extract Pages

Leave the default to get one PDF with those pages in their original order, or choose a separate PDF for each page

One page downloads as a PDF named with -extracted. Several separate files download as a zip named with -pages. Your original on disk is not overwritten. Keep it until you have opened the new file.

This is the right tool when a packet is too long to send, when a scan includes pages you do not need to share, or when each chosen page has to travel as its own file. Pages you do not select are left out. Rotation and size of the ones you keep stay as they were.

Questions people ask

You cannot extract zero pages. The page says so, and nothing is saved until at least one page is marked.
