How to use Edit PDF Metadata

1
Choose one PDF
2
Read the current details
Change any field, or empty it to remove it.
3
For privacy, pick Remove all metadata instead
The page lists exactly what will go.
4
Click Download and keep the result

An edited file is named after the original with -metadata added; a cleaned one gets -clean. The pages themselves are not touched.

Some PDFs keep a second copy of these details, called XMP, which certain apps show instead of the normal fields. When a file has one, you can remove it along with your edits so every app shows the same thing.
